The Apex Maintenance Plan

Two professional tune-ups a year — one to get your cooling ready for summer, one to get your heat ready for winter — plus priority scheduling and member pricing on everything else. The boring, effective way to own HVAC equipment.

The honest pitch

Why Maintenance Plans Actually Work

The parts that cause most breakdown calls — weak capacitors, dirty coils, failing flame sensors, clogged drains — telegraph their condition months ahead to anyone who measures. Twice-yearly service is when the measuring happens. Members' systems get their problems caught small, their efficiency kept honest, and their lifespans pushed toward the far end of the range.

And the plan solves the real reason maintenance gets skipped: nobody remembers to book it. Membership turns “I should schedule that” into an appointment that schedules itself, spring and fall, year after year. Combine that with hot-water, humidifier, or dryer-vent add-ons while we’re already in your mechanical room, and one membership quietly runs your whole equipment calendar.

Call 630-486-0401 for current plan pricing — and if you run more than one system, say so; multi-system homes are who plans serve best.

Maintenance Plan FAQs

What do the two visits actually cover?

Real tune-ups, not drive-by inspections: the cooling visit covers coil cleaning, capacitor and contactor testing, refrigerant pressures, condensate drain, and electrical; the heating visit covers burners, flame sensor, gas pressure, temperature rise, and the heat exchanger safety inspection. Heat pump homes get both-season service on the same schedule. You get a plain-language report each time.

What does priority scheduling mean in practice?

Plan members move ahead of the general queue when booking — which matters most exactly when everyone else is calling too: the first heat wave, the first cold snap. Your no-cool call on the year's hottest week doesn't wait behind non-members.

How do the member discounts work?

Taken off the same honest written prices everyone sees — never off an inflated member-special number. Basic members get 10% off repairs; Premium members get 15% off service work plus $500 off when a system replacement day arrives, stacked with whatever current specials and financing apply.

How much does the plan cost?

Basic is $19.99/month and Premium is $27.99/month. The honest math: two professional tune-ups a year carry real value on their own, so the priority access, discounts, and (on Premium) the included filter change and $500 replacement credit ride on top of a service careful homeowners buy anyway.

Does the plan cover more than one system?

Multi-system homes are exactly who plans serve best — two furnaces and two ACs mean four maintenance appointments a year to remember, or one plan that remembers for you. Call and tell us what your house runs; we'll set the plan up around it.

Can I cancel?

Plans are meant to earn their renewal, not trap you into it. Talk to us about terms when you sign up — the honest answer is that we keep members by being worth keeping.
