Sometimes the right first move is a duct cleaning to remove the dust reservoir already in the runs; sometimes it's straight to a high-efficiency media filter; in humid-summer homes with musty AC smells, coil UV earns its place. We assess first and recommend from what the house actually shows us.
No — deliberately. We install what the evidence supports: serious media filtration and UV germicidal lamps at the coil. Much of the ionizer category doesn't clear that bar, and some devices generate ozone, which is worse than the problem they claim to solve.
